Refund process

How to request a refund:

  1. Email support@d1v.ai.
  2. Include account information, order details, and the reason for the request.
  3. We normally review the request within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund is normally processed within 7–10 business days.

Eligibility notes:

  • Refund requests generally need to be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Cancelling a subscription usually prevents future charges, but the current billing period may not be refundable.

Dispute resolution

If you have a billing dispute:

  1. Email support@d1v.ai with the relevant details.
  2. We usually acknowledge the request within 24 business hours.
  3. We investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.
