• We collect the minimum account, project, and device data needed to operate the service.
• We use data to authenticate users, run project workflows, diagnose failures, and provide support.
• GitHub data is only used to complete repository import and workspace collaboration flows you initiate.
• To request data export or deletion, email support@d1v.ai from your account email address.

Depending on how you use d1v.ai, we may collect:

• Account data: email address, login state, invitation status, and basic profile details.
• Profile data: avatar image or avatar selection you choose to upload or generate.
• Project and workspace data: project names, prompts, chat history, imported files, deployment metadata, and related operational records.
• Billing and order data: order identifiers, plan information, top-up or subscription status, and payment-related records needed to reconcile purchases. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: feature usage, model usage, deployment duration, and other activity needed for quotas, billing, and product improvement.
• Log and diagnostics data: error logs, request metadata, and troubleshooting details used to keep the service reliable and secure.
• GitHub-related data: repository URLs, repository names, branch names, invitation or collaborator status, and other repository access metadata required for import or sync flows you start.
• Device and app data: device type, operating system, app version, language, and coarse technical information needed for compatibility and debugging.

We use collected data to:

• create and manage your account
• authenticate sessions and protect account security
• create, import, sync, and operate projects and workspaces
• support AI chat, file previews, deployment tracking, and usage accounting
• investigate bugs, abuse, failed imports, and deployment issues
• communicate service updates, support responses, and account notices
• comply with legal obligations and enforce service rules

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers only when needed to operate the product:

• GitHub: when you choose to import a repository, verify repository access, or complete a GitHub-based collaboration flow.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers: to store data, run workloads, and deliver the service securely.

We only share the data needed for those tasks.

• We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
• Access to operational data is limited to people and systems that need it to run or support the service.
• No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and project data.

To request data export or account deletion:

1. Email support@d1v.ai from the email address associated with your account.
2. State whether you want data export, account deletion, or both.
3. Include information that helps us identify your account, such as your account email and recent project name.

We may request additional verification before fulfilling the request.
